Farmhouse ale with exclusively Canadian ingredients. The ale is made with hops and water from New-Brunswick, Malt that is grown in PEI and malted in Nova-Scotia, wild yeast form Ontario and Brett isolated from oak barrels in Quebec, making this beer a representation of the eastern Canadian terroir. Rustic, fruity, earthy, dry and tart.
